This week is Refugee Week and to mark the occasion we're having a sale! These 7 days are all about celebrating the contributions of Refugees and spreading understands of why people seek sanctuary. For us at Prints for Refugees, this week also serves as a reminder that there are still thousands of people who rely on Doctors of the World to provide healthcare.
What We Do
Prints for Refugees sells amazing art donated by photographers to support the work of Doctors of the World - an independant humanitarian charity.
"The idea was to set up an online print sale with all the money raised being donated to a charity to help refugees"
"Photographers would donate prints, you would buy them and all the money would go to helping the refugees. Simple."
Doctors of the World
Doctors of the World UK is an independent humanitarian movement working with refugees and vulnerable migrants worldwide, providing them with essential medical care while advocating for their right to health.
The photographic community's response to the Prints for Refugees project has been exceptional: Donating their prints to be sold at a reduced price, printing them and posting them directly when bought.
Let us know if you have any questions. We will try and respond as quick as we can. However please keep in mind that Prints for Refugees is run on a voluntary basis.
